How long does it take for my order to ship?
Snow globe style cups ship within 5–7 business days. Ink/special design and epoxy-style cups require up to 10 days due to the multi-stage curing process. We appreciate your patience — great things take time!
Why is there a small bubble in my snow globe cup?
That little bubble is completely normal and actually intentional! It prevents pressure from building up inside the cup during shipping. Just give your cup a good shake when it arrives and the glitter will come back to life.
Can I customize my tumbler with my own design?
Absolutely! That's what we're all about. You can choose your cup size, glitter colors (up to 4!), flow speed, special effects, wraps, and add-ons like rhinestones and clay charms to create something totally unique to you.
What flow speed options are available for my tumbler?
You have three flow options Slow, Fast, and Suspended controlling how much your glitter moves inside the cup. We also offer special effects like Lava Lamp, Drips, and Themed designs for extra flair.
What are DTF Transfers and how do I use them?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are pre-printed designs that can be heat-pressed onto T-shirts and other fabric items. They deliver vibrant, long-lasting color and a professional finish. They're perfect for crafters and small business owners!
How much do wraps and decals cost?
Wraps are $3 and decals are $2. They're a great way to add a finishing touch to your custom tumbler and complete your one-of-a-kind design.
